Altus Bell Society

The Board of Trustees established the Hendrix College Heritage Society to honor individuals and families who designate Hendrix as a beneficiary in their estate plans. The College gratefully acknowledges and appreciates those visionaries who value the education of future generations and honor the ideals of Hendrix through deferred gifts.

In the Spring of 2009, the Heritage Society was renamed The Altus Bell Society in recognition of the College's original home in Altus, Arkansas. The Altus Bell was a central feature on the campus at Altus. It was later recovered and is now proudly displayed near the entrance of the College as a reminder of where we began.
